My Blackberry has given me so many problems. Recently I handed it in for the second time for repairs. On 27 July 2013 I was told that I was given a new phone since my phone was not repairable. When I opened the back cover I discovered that it was a refurbished phone. I contacted the Vodashop on 29 July 2013 to inform them that I am extremely unhappy with being given a refurbished phone. I was told that there is nothing I can do about it. According to them the refurbished phone is as good as new and wont give me any problems since it was completely repaired. On 5 August 2013, the "new" refurbished phone started doing exactly what my previous phone did. Now I have to go AGAIN to the shop to book in the phone! This is the worst service ever!
