I received my upgrade phone from my original retail shop in Port Elizabeth the 2nd week in Dec 2012. Within a few days the phone started giving me problems: It would run out of power within an hoiur or two, even after being fully charged. I took the phone to Autopage Clearwater on 18th or 19th December 2012. They were very helpfull even though I was not their customer and started arrangments for a replacement phone. Now, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for my replacement phone. The delay is at Head Office who have not yet issued the required credit note to Autopage Clearwater.

I have 3 phones on my account with Autopage, and my wife has one. We have been loyal, repeat Autopage customers for close to 20 years now. One would think that this would count for something, but Autopage obviously does not think so. The level of service from the retail outlets is very good but this service is let down by the lack of service from the head office.

I am seriously considering not renewing my other two accounts with Autopage Head Office. Their slackness is very unprofessional in my opinion, and they should visit their retail outlets and go take lessons.
