Waiting for 3 Flippen hours BAD!!!

It is today the 27/04/2013, Mtn Lodging the new S4 Samsung. Woke up at 6.00 exited about my new upgrade I was waiting for - 2months got at MTN Century city 07.30 believe it, first customer! store opened at 08.30 which they told us that the S4 will only be available at 10.00, so been waiting till 10.00 started with paperwork with MTN Representitive was planning to get a Black S4, then finally discovered that all the black S4 has already been handed out. I was furios after been there first and the first one to be served. what me off every time I upgrade with MTN there is problems, comeon be serious this is not fare, ive got - 4 contracts for more than 14years with MTN but it seems that you just do not care!!! especially if I look at MTN ratio with Hello Peter???
I doubt if any one will even come back on this complaint? To wait for - 3 hrs and get service like this!! MTN!!! Bet it is time to change 10 contracts to another service provider!!! Ive had enough!!!
