Delivery from the Repair Centre

My mobile has been with the courier company from the 20th of April 2013 to date.
I was advised by the repair centre that the phone was released by them on friday the 19th of April 2013 but to date the phone is still not delivered at the store, Can someone tell me when will the courier get to deliver my mobile? i mean my phone has been gone for 30 days already?
