The Call Centre that can't take Calls

The day before yesterday, I upgraded my primary contract (I have four contracts with Mtn) via Mtn's "convenient" Mtn Direct service. Big mistake...

My new device was delivered, complete with my new "Micro SIM Card" to my place of work in Sandton. The problem is that, apparently, in order to make use of this "Micro SIM Card" and thusly; my new phone, it is necessary that I do a SIM Swop.

Now, since the upgrade was done through Mtn Direct, Mtn SP claims to be incapable of performing the SIM Swop (this I was told more than once by operators who were less than helpful and polite) and I would need to call the Mtn Direct Call Centre.

The issue is, the Mtn Direct call centre seems to be incapable of taking calls. I have tried upwards of one hundred times (I literally stopped counting at the 100th attempt) to get hold of an operator at this fabled call centre and I was disconnected every solitary time.

To say that I am unhappy with this near criminal level of horrendous service would be a gross understatement.
