Disgusted at level of customer service!!!

Im a very unhappy ever since i took out a contract with cell direct in N1 city mall..

Firstly, the phone was delivered LATE and FOUR days later it still had not been activated.
Furthermore, on the 20th Oct i went to the Telkom store in N1 city mall so that they could assist me to receive calls, as it is crucial to my occupation. The old sim card shut down within ten minutes, however the new sim card never had my number as requested, as it had never been ported.
I was told to call and ask cell direct why that was done as they were not supposed to do that to me.

Laeekah was the first person i spoke to when taking out the contract. was eager to make the sale but never kept her word as promised, i tried contacting her countless times but she was always unavailable.
Roxy was the second person i spoke to, she also made promises which were never kept, and even put the phone down in my ear.
I am disgusted by their level of customer service and will for this reason discourage any dealings with Cell Direct, as the customer is clearly not a priority.
Ayesha was the only helpful person.

I am however pleased by the service i received at cell direct in parow centre.
