I can honestly say today without a doubt that the company with worst customer service in the world has to be Vodacom. I have been let down in almost every aspect possible since the second day I received my new contract phone. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I don't think they know what the words AFTER SALE SERVICE means, or maybe they just don't care because they are a big corporation.

After phoning customer service, Vodacom stores, Accounts, Technical and every other department I still could not find someone who could help me resolve the issue. Sending E-mail didn't help either as there was no response on the first and an empty promise on the second. Going in to any shop is pointless as well, as the one doesn't seem me know about the others existence...

I have decided that my final options as an unvalued customer is to stop payment at the end of the month and hope that this might get someone to actually acknowledge me in this regard. I feel that it's my duty is to at least inform others out there what they could expect from Vodacom as I have made this clear to them in my e-mails but it obviously did not seem to faze them. I have been with Vodacom all my life and neve
