Over Billed

How the hec did this happen? im normally billed R957 but this morning i was greeted by a debit order of R3033. How on earth can this happen? The money that was taken from my account is an amount that i didnt even have. FNB expect an Incidental Credit Fee of R57 which will be paid by Discovery as this was not done by me but its you guys who have done this mess into my account. I want my money back as in yesterday and that incident amount should be paid by you into my bank account by discovery. i also want an apology and an explanation why this happened
