Shocking service "I get it" imposed"w/o my concern

I have been waiting for a call from cell from the 17th of April with these reference numbers 3041700647 & 3042502640 regarding a payment that I made and hasn't been allocated into my account from the 3rd of April for a service I never applied for called (get it) which has caused such an inconvinience and I've spoken to so many rude consultants who keep hanging up on me, this has caused such an agony because once again my account is blocked due to lack of communication from your side and I've had to make a late payment since i was waiting for a call to tell me what is happening with my account and the balance due but no one seems to be doing their job.

Ever since I upgraded from. Blackberry to iPhone I've experienced such a terrible service with the phone itself and cell c in general, the phone does not have network coverage everywhere I go, calls don't come through and now I have to deal with being cut off completely.

I need to be contacted as soon as possible, otherwise I will take this further and expose this mess to the media, I cannot even mention the charges I've incurred on a phone call yet cell c claims to be charging 99c, the country needs to know of this poor service
