Going Nowhere Slowly with New Contract

On 5 April my wife did Paperwork for LG 7 Optimus at Cell C Branch - HAD NO STOCK

25 April - Feed Back Still No stock AT Branch
Branch tell met that the Contract can be put on system only when phone comes.

Understandible need EIMI #

Phone Cell C Head Office told me if i do it through them then i have to wait up to 10 days.

Where is the Service??

Worst of all just to put and icing on the cake, my mother in-law got a phone from Benoni Lakeside so i called them asked them to Coereer a phone to me then we can just fax them throught the paperwork

said it cant be done i have to be instore.

Wow this is BAD SERVICE
