Cell C are false advertising & Unhelpful

I have been a customer of Cell C for the past 6 years and have recently upgraded my account. When I looked through their instore advertising brochure and select a cover for my new phone they tell me they dont have stock and do not stock that item. When I contact every branch in the Pretoria and Centurion area they tell me they do not stock the item and I am the only customer that has ever asked for it.

I have phoned head office to ask why they are false advertising and I get transferred to 5 different departments as soon as I explain to them they say oh sorry wrong department... Pathetic!

After all of that they have the nerve to phone me back and try and sell me another phone. When I tell them about my issue they say sorry not their department. I feel like cancelling my contract with Cell C because of this constant bad service.
