I cancelled my contract in January as it expired in December, i spoke to David Mapukane who said he was going to send an email to theor retensions department and they will call me the next day. they never did. i kept trying to get hold of them as they were debiting my account for something that i am not utilising but i couldn't get hold of them. sometimes lines will be bad, the call center agents would not hear me properly. sometimes i would be told that it would be sorted but until to date it hasnt been, my account is still debited. i've mede numerous attempts but they do not care all they care about is debiting my account. i told the last person i spoke to that i want it cancelled and i want a refund but it hasnt been.
