Bad service

I was in MTN waiting for help so I can pay my phone, no one was will to help, I was standing there like a hopeless stupid who doesn't know how to speak english because the only race that got a quick service were white. I'm so sick and off about staff.4 people were helping 1 client.today is my last day to pay a phone now I can't pay because useless mtn staff. I just wonder why I choose this helpless service.
