Really poor service

I have been contacted by a few people from mtn regarding the issues i have with my phone, all of them saying the same thing that they would personally see to my matter, and yet nothing has been sorted out its been well over a month now and nobody has contacted me regarding the issues i have!! So i went to the mtn shop on the weekend to speak to the manager to see what is been done regarding my phone and she wasent there, i was then informed that they will leave her a note to contact me on monday, its thursday already and i havent been contacted. i am so frustrated and angry with mtns service its really appoling!!!
