Money deducted incorrectly

On the 1st December R965 was deducted from my account, I queried this with Yolanda at the Walmer Branch in Port Elizabeth, she contacted head office and they confirmed that they had deducted the monies and could not give a reason why they did. Head office then confirmed that the monies would then be put back into my account. As of today the 27th December after many phone calls, CELL C mistake has yet to be resolved, I find it appalling that they can deduct monies and not explain why they did it and for them to take so long to correct there mistake, absolutely shocking. I am still awaiting an apology and for my monies to be put back into my account
