Paying up contrat

I have been trying to get hold of cell c call centre for the past 2 days in regards to paying up my contract, i currently have 2 contracts and due to work circumstances i need to pay off one. after being on hold for 20min the person on the other end has no idea what i am talking about, so i phone back get a reference number 3042301136, all i want to know is what i owe on this contract and how do i go about paying it up, such an easy task has become so frustrating i just dont know what to do, i email customer care and no one responds to me.
i am totally at my wits end.
