Pathetic customer service!!!

I paid my autopage account 3 days ago, I EVEN EMAILED PROOF OF PAYMENT!!!
I received TWO confirmation emails of this proof of payment... and now today I received an sms claiming
that I have failed to pay my account and that it will be suspended as well as having a R49 penalty reconnection fee.
I am SO sick and tired of Autopages Bull. It is the most pathetic cellphone provider/shop that I have ever had to deal with. I cannot wait to get away from them and their pathetic excuse for a business.
