Telkom line broken for a almost a YEAR now

I have had a problem with my line for almost a year now! I have done every thing in my power to let telkom know of my problem. For example, I was in the Telkom store in woodlands about 5 times, logged in total about 20 faults, logged disputeds, even talked to 3 managers and 1 supervisor and guess what? my problem still is not fixed.

My latest reference number is still active 984ctk051212 and was logged on Thu Dec 06 00:00:10 SAST 2012, All the technicians that where dispatched came to my house told me they are just going somewhere I presume they all go to the exchange and I never here from them again. One technician even plugged out all my telephone and ADSL cables, then she left to "go somewhere" she quotes and never came back!!! Didn't even came back to plug in the cables back and guess what my internet still didn't work. The funny thing is I live like 1.5 Km away from the exchange and they tell me I wont be able to get a 4 meg? Then why does telkom sell me a product that does not work?

I seriously don't know what to do, I have been paying this whole time for a 4 meg line with no service, I really don"t care about the money I just want the service for which I am paying for.
