Contract ended, still being billed

My 2nd contract came to an end November 2012. In September I went to MTN Somerset Mall to give my two month notice of canselation, but was told to come back one month before the contract ends and give notice. October I pop into MTN Waterstone Village to sucsessfully give notice of canselation. I was told that the last debit order would be deducted in Desember, great.
January 2013 the full amount of R488 is still being debited from my account, this should only be - R160 now that my 2nd contract is done. I logged on to MTN active and saw my 2nd number (contract) has been removed. So why am I still paying for it?
Please get back to me on this ASAP.
