Cell C
BAD SERVICE

We are currently new customers with Cell C i have always been with vodacom and have cancel my contract with them my husband has taken on his name a contract at Cell C for me . he phoned and ordered the ipone 5 and asked for them that he wanted a white one, yesterday the packed was delivered to his work, i received a black ipone that was not what we asked for as well as the sim was incorrect i received a micro sim witch doesn't fit in the ipone 5 isn't it supposed to be a nano sim??? so my husband phones cell c again my what service do we get they tell him they cant be sure what colour he gets and above that i have to wait for the right sim till Friday and to make the service even WORSE he get put thought from one department to the next, I'm sorry i am so disgusted with Cell C, i have never had such problems with Vodacom or MTN i am so disappoint that i have taken a contract with cell c are we not the CUSTOMER??? am i not supposed to get good service??? best part is now i know why people compain about cell c
