Terrible Network Coverage

To whom it may concern

I have been experiencing shocking network coverage in Rembrandt park since April 2012, and more recently, the Cell C network has been non existent in Blackheath since Friday 19 April.

After numerous phonecalls and emails, with slow response times, empty promises, and "you will just have to wait for them to get to your area", I still have not had my true complaint handled and solved. Cell C does not seem to care about current subscribers, just accruing as many as they can get with their new ad campaign... However with the level of service that I am receiving... I am paying too much.

Sad really... 10 years of being a loyal subscriber, and I'm treated like rubbish. I should have ported to Vodacom when I had the chance.
