ILLEGAL DEBITTING

After cancelling my contract two months ago and cellc debiting the whole settlement amount again last month and complaining after receiving absolutely no service they have yet again gone and debited unlawfull amounts from my account leaving the balance at -R144. Do you even care how this affects my credit score??? I HATE CELLC. You guys are fruadulant!!! Is this how you repay a customer who has loyalfully paid and adhered to the customer contract for YEARS!!! I will be expecting a phone call between 12:00 and 12:30 today from a consultant. Else I will be seeking legal advice in regards to this matter. You guys are really dissapointing.

I am in the process of purchasing a home and this is negatively influencing the interest rate I am offered. DO I NEED TO CHANGE BANK BEFORE THIS IS RESOLVED???
