Faulty Handset Not Repaired

3 Months ago we booked a device (Blackberry 9900) in for repairs with the fault being that the handset does not switch on or charge.
We made payment of an amount of R751 for repairs. The device was returned this month and after 3 days of use the same fault occurred. On following up we were advised that repairs were done for Replacement of
Dome Switch, Track Pad and Labour.

Firstly we did not book the device in with the above faults listed, other than that the device does not switch on or charge. A follow up was made on email and the repairs center advised that we cannot pay for repairs again as they did not rectify/repair the initial problem. We are now advised of the below:

"As it is the same fault workmanship warranty would apply. If however the battery and/or charger are faulty, and the accessories are out of warranty, the customer would have to replace those himself"

We find this unacceptable and refuse to pay any additional fees for repairs until the above is rectified.

I am sure that this is not the first time anyone has experienced this.
