Had a problem on my cell and they did not solve

I have a contract with them or 2 years now, after they upgraded my contract I could not see who was phoning me, it just showed Call on the phone. I first contacted the call centre and the lady assured me that it was rectified but it will cost me R8.50 extra a month because of the changes made.( I mean they messed up and I must pay???) Then I went into Mall of the North Polokwane 8ta shop and the guy there did a sim swop and lost all 254 contacts I had on my phone, then they just pulled up their shoulders and said SORRY!!! Leon the branch manager promised that the first problem would be solved in 7 days and still nothing. He apparently said that he would phone me personnally to find out if the problem was solved and still nothing. The cell number he gave me for himself transfers me to a call centre!!! What BAD SERVICE IS THIS, I THINK I MUST GO BACK TO VODACOM where I actually received service!!!
