Greetings

I recently handed in my blackberry bold for repairs because of a number of issues. I was assured that all will be fine and no extra costs will be charged because I had BlackBerry insurance from Cell C. After handing the phone in, I decided to upgrade my contract as it was time.

A week later I get a sms to accept a quote. I call up the call centre and they say a form is missing to get the process done. I go back to the shop and they are sure they sent in the forms they needed, but have not sure about the requested one as the forms include the info. They then looked up the forms and called the call center, but I unfortunately had to leave before it was settled.

I managed to go back to the shop and check up on the process. They called up the Call Centre who now declares, "Sorry, you should have booked your phone in a few days before you upgraded." and that is where it stands.

The Garden Route mall Cell C and Their staff has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly, but they seem to have the same problem with the call centres as I do.

Can someone please organise this to be solved. This is not so much a complaint but a means of getting this done.
