PHONE SUBMITTED FOR REPAIRS ON THE 25/03/2013

I booked in my phone at Fourways Crossing Mtn on the 25/03/2013, IMEI 354695047705818
Went in store last week to check on the progress, consultant advised that phone has been replaced and awaiting to be dispatched.
I was advised that my phone will be repaired within 2 weeks, it is now a month and I'm still not in position of my phone. I have sent numerous emails to the repair section and nobody has attended to my matter.
