Still no solution!!!

Ruth has been in contact with you to assist with your complaint. She advised that the phone is beyond economical repair and out of warranty.

Hi PN,

Regarding your response above, Ruth called me again & after we went through some questions, answers&explanations we actually established that the phone was indeed under warranty when I took it in for repairs.after we established that she asked me to hold on & after a few minutes she came back to say that the issue was physical damage, which is something totaly different from what she said earlier and what is on the response above. She then asked me 2send her proof that this is not physical damage, I did that for the 2nd TIME and up to date I havent received any feedback from her just like with Funiwe who I dealt with before and she also never got back 2me

So now I really dont know if cell c is just making up excuses bcoz they dont want to fix my phone but I must say, I am really dissapointed with them. I was a good cell c customer from 2010 for 4 years & my husband took out 2 contracts last year and this is the thanks we get, wow I must say, you guys know how to keep your "customers happy"
