Blackberry 9320- Given 3 new phone - all damaged

My husband had taken a contract for myself about 11 months back. The first phone given, had a faulty mouse pad and i gave it back it for repairs, i had to wait for a new phone for 3 weeks, leaving me without a phone as well.

The second new 9320 i got, was fine and after a few month, it stopped charging an i had to wait for a new one for another 3 weeks. Now i got the 3rd Blackerry 9320 and after 2 weeks it stops charging again.

Now this is UNACCCEPTABLE. I have to give it in and probably wait for another 3 weeks.

I am sure i have some consumer rights.

In all the time that i have been without a phone, i have still being charged for BIS, for something that is not my fault.
