STILL No Stock - phones can't be replaced

Further to my previous posting, (which a junior person responded to me on but basically just said they are aware of the problems) it is now nearly 3 weeks since my phone was and STILL Autopage's service provider Finrite are having "LOGISTICAL" problems and stock issues. Is anyone actually MANAGING the PROCESSES within that organization and, clients like myself are helpless.
Agents block you from speaking to managers!!! - maybe because there aren't any?
No one honours their promises to call you back. In all this time not one of the agents or supervisors I have spoken to daily have done that.
This is UNACCEPTABLE! And I have no doubt that I am not the only client affected.
Will someone take charge and sort this out! Please!!!
