On the 25/01 I went to Vodacom menlyn to pay my account in store and I asked if my debit order will still go through even if I just paid and the lady who helped me told me that it wont as I paid, i didn't pay in Feb and went on the 26/03 to pay my outstanding which was supposed to be R158 R100 penalty fee for feb and my instalment for March which is R158 so all in all I was supposed to pay R416 but instead was told I have to pay R517 plus the penalty fee for Jan and I was very surprised as their consultant said it wouldn't be charged.i paid that whole amount but went to the Menlyn Branch to follow it up, the person who helped me called the team leader who told me that Khumo wasn't at work but he will give me a call on Monday regarding that, that was on the 15/04 and im still waiting... im really not happy with their incompetency I work for the financial sector and know how important it is to give a client the right information... but as soon as my contract expires which is in a few months I never want to do any business with Vodacom ever again
