Yesterday I reported the issues that my husband and I were having with Internet connectivity in our area to the call centre. Yesterday afternoon I received a call to inform me what was going on, and that the technical issues at our local tower had been escalated.
It was great to receive feedback so quickly. Both employees that I spoke to were super efficient and helpful.
