BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GALAXY Y-PRO YOUNG B5510 06-JUNE-2012 @ ACKERMANS SOUTHGATE MALL UNDER VODACOM, THE PHONE HAS BEEN TO REPAIRS FOR MORE THAN 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEMS (I.E.CAMERA DISFUNCTION, ALWAYS OFFLINE, SERVER ALWAYS LOST, MOST APPLICATIONS NOT SUPPORTED BY SERVER, CAN'T RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS, MMS, ETC), I WAS EITHER SOLD A REFURBISHED HANDSET OR THIS PARTICULAR MODEL OF SAMSUNG HAS TECHNICAL ERRORS, BUT I'M CERTAIN IT'S BOTH.RECEIVED A CALL FROM SAMSUNG REPAIRS @ 10:50, 22/04/2013 REQUESTING THE PROGRESS OF THE PHONES FUNCTIONALITY, BUT OFCOURSE I HAD NOTHING TO REPORT ON AS THOSE FROM SOUTHGATE MALL-ACKERMANS HAD ONLY NOTIFIED ME THIS MORNING @ 09:38, 23/04/2013.TO MY KNOWLEDGE, I AM SUPPOSED TO BE IN POSITION OF A NEW HANDSET BY NOW, BUT SAMSUNG IS NOT BLACKBERRY, NEITHER IS ACKERMANS WOOLWORTHS, NOR IS VODACOM MTN, AND THEY CAN BE SURE THAT THIS IS NOT THE END!!! SO MUCH FOR BEING A LOYAL SAMSUNG USER...
