I received a call from one of your agent regarding the payment arrangement on a Vodacom account number. Since I do have a Vodacom account, I requested details regarding the account and the payment arrangement. The consultant then gave the particulars to which I advise that the arrangement was for my wife and not me. I then advised that she can be reached on a different contact number. I also advised that your office previously contacted her on the said contact number. After I read the number to him, he commented that "he does not have time for stories", and am I going to give provide the details. I then repeated it, and he rudely ended the call. My wife and I are having serious financial problems, but when agents have this type of attitude, it adds more and more frustration where it is not needed. I demand that this agent contact me to apologize for his rude attitude. The call was made to 0828763573 @ today at 09h26am.
