Took my so called awesome Galaxy S4 to a Samsung Service centre and the "Samsung Specialist" deleted everything including the software off the phone and reinstalled it and now I am blocked from all networks. Upon phoning him and explaining what had happened he realised his mistake and now fails to return my calls/ answer my calls and keeps giving me the run around.
Try contacting the Samsung helpline and if your lucky to get through to some one before the phone cuts off and hangs up then you can try explain your issue to the consultant, the consultant will then recomend that you drive all over the country to another branch and see if that service centre can help you... The 1st so called specilaist my phone so what faith do I have that the next person wont stuff it up even further.
Needless to say this will be the last Samsung product that i purchase, my Samsung fridge, tv, camera and laptop will join the pile with my Galaxy...
I am having the absolute taken out of me by my work colleagues and it seems an apple a day keeps the Samsung away.
