Poor service delivery

I booked my phone on the 28 march for repairs, for the second time!!! and i was told i will have it back within 7 working days but m still waiting to date, they don't call not sms i had to call them with my money and they to me... insurance approved the Cote 4 days ago but i am without a phone... what kind of service are they offering? i am paying for the phone i am not using... no one has answers... i have never regretted like i do now... i will never aver go through third party again... if my son aver call me or take contract with them... i will kill him until the end of after death...
