Promised a call back and still waiting

I was promised a call back last night by the supervisor on duty relating to a complaint about repairs not being carried out on my phone. I am still waiting for a call back from a manager. I have been a loyal cuatomer for years already but of this is the service I am going to receive it might be tike to seriously consider moving to another provider.
