INCORRECT BILLING BY MTN MONTH AFTER MONTH

On the 20th February I had a cap placed on my Cell Phone and Data Contracts, the Cap on my Cell Phone was actioned perfectly, but on my Data it is still not actioned after numerous calls and also logging a complaint MTNSP REQ:1943649 - CAN A MANAGER PLEASE CONTACT ME FROM THE BILLING DEPT
