No response after numerous complaints from client

Myself and my fianc? Shevaun (Acc is in her name) went to Nashua Durbanville in Feb. The manager agreed a credit was owed due to a staff member making a mistake and were told that the credit would be passed once the debit order had come off on the 16th Feb. Shevaun went back to the store and said that she needed the credit to be passed before she left for Knysna on 2nd of Mar. I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 19th Mar and Shevaun as the acc holder sent a follow up email on the 22nd Mar. Neither of us received a response. Shevaun went to the store a few weeks ago to complain again and was told that nobody monitors that email address, even though I got it off the Nashua Mobile website. She was also told that they would contact her with the credit due (THEY HAD STILL NOT EVEN CALCULATED WHAT WAS OWED) Once again neither of us have heard anything. This is now getting ridiculous as your staff member made a mistake that cost us a lot of money and you need to rectify this immediately. I have also complained on numerous occcassions about a car charger that I was supposed to get when I took my contract out almost 5 months ago but have still not received.
