Nashua Mobile has owed me money for a year now

I am done being civilised regarding this matter as Nashua Mobile clearly do not care about customer service. An extract from my previous correspondence: "A consultant will be in touch to discuss your billing dispute and provide detailed feedback so a resolution can be reached. Your ticket reference is TPN-2779-2310 but you will not need to follow up as our team will be in contact" & " We are currently liaising with the branch manager and accounts department to ensure the credit is passed on your account and this issue resolved."

Nashua Mobile have now owed me this credit for a year, I still do not have the car charger which was meant to come as part of the deal that I originally took. My phone has been with the repair centre for a month only to be told that they are voiding the warranty due to physical damage and want me to pay over R3000 to fix issues that I have had with the phone since taking out the contract. On top of this, I can buy the necessary original replacement parts myself for R400 but am quoted R3400???

Please send me the contact details that can be used by my advocate to send a legal notice to Nashua Mobile regarding this matter. Your urgency is appreciated
