Bleckberry Curve fone faulty

My Parents, pensioners, that nneds a phone every day have a problem with the new phone they got from Mtn. The phone worked for 5 weeks. In this time they saw that the phone froze up and also that people can not hear them when you call them. After 5weeks they took the phone in for repairs. The phone was in for 2 weeks and when they got it back it worked for 2 hours. The phone was send back again for 2 weeks again. They collected the phone on Satuday and the phone worked again for 2 hours.

The phone is now in for repairs again but given in now at Galeria Centre. Mtn say they van not give them a new phone. I feel they deserve a new phone.
