A FINAL DEMAND??? REALLY???

I've been having problems with Altech Autopge since December 2012.

First, an astronomical bill which I still believe is faulty. Then, while trying to sort things out, I keep getting threatening sms's, and they keep deducting money from my account without my knowledge or permission.

Then, they say things have been sorted out, and I still get threatening sms's. I keep my end of the arrangement by paying on time, but they will not stop threatening me. Now they've completely cut off my phone, so I cannot even receive calls. AND - I JUST RECEIVED A LETTER OF FINAL DEMAND, after I spoke to the management this morning, and they promised no more threats, as long as I keep paying the arrears.

Why is there no cohesion between the different departments? If Trisha at accounts told me that the arrangement is fine, why do accounts keep bugging me? Why do I keep hearing one thing, but the reality is totally different?

What must I do to make this harrasment STOP???
