Threatening, Intimidating

Received the following final demand/letter :
"FINAL NOTIFICATION OF OUTSTANDING DEBT
According to the records of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) you have failed to pay the outstanding debt for one or more tax year (s) and/or tax period (s). "
Don't tell you what it is or when, turns out that it is my regular tax payment, only due later this month. Just threatening me in advance, in case! Also says they will simply take the money within 10 days without even describing what its for. My records have been explary for years. Nice touch!
