On the 26/03/2013 I took my phone in to Nashua Mugrave for repairs and the lady who serviced me Liegh was great. I was keptin the loop by Nashua about the repairs via sms. The problem occured when I recieved an sms telling me I needed to fill in an insurance form cuase they couldnt repair my phone. I relaxed because Liegh had filled in the insurance form for me on the day i brought in the handset cuase she didnt want me to be called in to fill the form should the phone not be repairable. Days passed after recieving the sms, no word from Nashua. Friday 19/04/2013, I called Musgrave, I spoke to aguy who was quick to pass the phone to a lady Zee becuase i said i came in and was helped by a lady, he didnt even want to hear my enquiry. Then the lady I spoke to told me she didnt know anything about my phone because the lady who had assisted me left Nashua. All of a sudden nobody wanted to assist me becuase the Liegh left . it was then all my fault. I had to ask her to look in the file . still she just asked me to come in on saturday I . Terrible service, i filled in my own form and emailed it. Im still awaiting feedback. Still no Phone and I pay a R500 contact.
