Before entering into a contract with Telkom it's was repeatedly explained that the agreement is subject to the Telkom Opticon system becomes our property after the 60 month lease period. and so we entered into the contract with Telkom. 64 months later after reporting the error on Telkom's side that the system is now my property and the lease should be cancelled and refunded. Telkom issued and fault reference number only after reporting the problem a second time. After some time a sms was received stating we in short we are renting the system with a contact detail followed with a sms stating problem resolved .the person that handled the call was at first was friendly until I stated that that we only signed the contract with Telkom subject to the system being mine after 5 years. her reply is I sighed the contract and so its my problem. After stating this mater the representative became attacking and I stated this is becoming: Telkom sales had me sigh the contact with a quick explanation of what it said reassuring that the system becomes our and this contract is a lease contract for 5 years thus deliberately defrauding clients with false promises and contracts
