No response from MTN Insurance

Hi,
I want to cancel my cellphone insurance with MTN Insurance. But this task seems to be the most impossible thing to do as MTN Insurance do not respond at all. I called 0831236084 on Monday @ 10:25am and I could not get through because their working hours is from Monday to Friday. OMW!!!
