CAPPED MY 3G but it says uncapped

Wenzile Masina, now i want to know why don't the people at mtn explained this to me as a customer?
Now i must just accept that i reached my cap for the month?
THIS IS THE MOST THIEVED WHY MTN COULD CAUGHT OUR CLIENTS!!!
If mtn's people cant explained it to the costumers i believe i will change from mtn after 9 years to a different service provider that can help me more clearly with this.
