Uncapped Wi-Fi not uncapped

It seems passing the buck when dealing with one or more suppliers is the easiest thing to do. AS a Nashua mobile customer I signed up for the Uncapped Wi-Fi with them. G-Connect is the service provider for this and they are making use of the Always on hot spots across SA.

I understand the fair usage policy and have read it over and over, it states clearly that they reserve the right to throttle or suspend the account of users that could be abusing the system and that could effect other users. All of a sudden since last month we are ALL placed on a capped account of 5.3Gig. G-Connect is blaming Nashua Mobile and vice versa.

People we have a thing called false advertising in this country and you need to rectify these capped wi-fi accounts. Do not advertise uncapped wi-fi if you are only offering a limit of 5.3 Gigs, it is still being advertised as such. And no I do not want you to cancell my Wi-Fi account, I want you to give to me what was promised and is still advertised UNCAPPED WI-FI
