I have a contract with vodacom and my account
was suspended due to late payment and was told
my account has been handed over to the pre legal
team. I've supplied them with all my contact details
including my email address, yet they always tell that
they tried to contact me (using a wrong number)
and I just found out all of that yesterday.

Now my question is why did they not try to reach
me by sending me email and why do I have to hear
about when whenever I send a complain that your
company tried to contact me several times and fail.
I bought a new sim card on monday and payed
R280 and four days later my sim card has not been
activated and no response from you, yet your terms
and condition says otherwise.

I went in one of your stores thinking you had one of
the best customers service but now I regret it.
