Thought you would be better, Bad Service

Why spend so much money on Advertising, Marketing and Promotions, and when a new customer walks through your doors, you close the door in their face. Thought you would be different from your competitors, guess I was wrong, guess it is an industry standard to accept that bad service, unskilled call centre personnel, and a general sense or urgency can be the business ethos within the cellular service industry. Wanted to move my contract from MTN to Cell C, and despite me taking the time to get onto your website to lodge a request, getting a call three days later, at a inappropriate time, asking the person from the call centre to contact me later, I still wait, 2 weeks later for that contact. Tried phoning in, to enquired, and the person on the other end, absolutely no interested, clearly they do not get paid for referral business, sent me on a wild goose chase. So thank you for a wonderful experience Cell C, like the saying goes, "rather the devil you know ..."
