Suspended line incurrs most costs

My line has been suspended from January yet my bill still increases. They said I owed R2200.00 I now owe R5256.77. What are these charges made of. I've escalated the matter to the Ombudsman. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They were suppose to phone me back they never did.
